The Good Good is committed to providing the best product and service to our customers.

Our Refund Policy applies to all purchases made online at http://www.thegoodgood.co

Exchanges (if applicable)
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. To claim an exchange, send us an email at support.au@thegoodgood.co. 

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your exchange.

Our policy lasts 7 days. If 7 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you an exchange.

Cancellation & Refund

The Good Good does not offer cancellation and refund. Please choose carefully when purchasing your products. 

Shipping

Domestic rates

Standard shipping is FREE for all online purchases $65 and above within Australia.

For orders A$65 or less, or express shipping: 

  • Flat Standard shipping — 3 to 5 business days — A$5
  • Flat Express shipping — 1 to 3 business days — A$15.00

Please note the free shipping offer and shipping costs are subject to change without notice.

International rates

  • Flat Standard shipping - A$25

We are not liable for any additional duties, taxes or surcharges that you may have to pay upon delivery to your country. If you are unsure, we recommend checking with local authorities before placing your order.

Defective product

Please send pictures of the defective product to hello.au@thegoodgood.co

To return the defective product, you should mail it to: Packforce c/o The GoodGood, Unit 4, 191 Allambie Road 2086 (address not open to the public). 

Please consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.
