How Long Does It Take Our Products To Ship?

Our products generally ship within 1-2 business days. However, if products are in high demand it can take up to 2 weeks before the product is received (however this is rare).

What Is Your Return Policy?
You have 7 days following delivery to inform us of any quality issue. Please take pictures and get in touch on support.au@thegoodgood.co for any query. We ensure 100% satisfaction to our clients. 
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. 

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your exchange.

Our policy lasts 7 days. If 7 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you an exchange.
